Yes, 190 billion of tax revenue each year goes uncollected yet I never hear a Conservative say anything about that, perhaps with that revenue there would be no need to raise taxes on the richest 2%. During the Bush administration many laws were overturned that helped to find these cheats. Do you favor tougher laws to be enacted to punish those who hide their money in order to cheat America?
