How do I add a sitemap to my forum?

I have phpbb3 and so far I can't promote it via any site nor have any site bot to access it because I have no sitemap. I see other major forums that are in search engines and stuff. How can I do the same? I would like to finally have bots visiting my phpbb3 forum especially google. Please help. I'd appreciate it a million. Thanks!
