I just moved into a Senior Community Apartment Facility and it has roaches!?

I have only been in this apartment for a little over a week, they are nicely kept, grounds and the apartments are as clean as they think they should be. I however, saw a roach tonight and know enough about them to know that they can make rabbits look like they are standing still when it comes to multiplying. This facility is HUD subsidized, and has certain standards they must adhere to. I am sure having roaches is not one of them. Can I break my lease to move out before I get infested? I didn't arrive with them and I do not want to leave with them! You cannot spray and kill roach eggs, it does not work, so what do I do?
