Setting your monthly federal witholding to $0?

I received a good size bonus and my company witholds enough federal tax to cover my annual tax bill. I would like to set my withoding for my monthly salary to $0, but how do you manipulate the W-4 to increase your exemptions when you have to fill our the form line-by-line?
