I Heard Pixar Is Making a Toy Story 4?

I heard it is coming out November 2013. Or maybe it is Incredibles 2? I know they are coming out with Monster's Inc. 2. Do you agree that Cars 2 bombed? I saw it with my kids and it was AWFUL. I hope the other installments of clic Pixar movies aren't as bad...Thoughts?Opinions? Please share your feedback.
