Why do people think Islam opresses women?

I think that you are Ahmedi Muslim, and that is why women have views like yours, cause your community allows you to chose what you put on,and also you are equal with men.People who are not of your religion, think that because they think that Islam if only one religion, when really there is about 5 different Islam i think, and it is not the same, only the quran is interpret differently and the culture is different
