I'm a bit new at DMing, any tips for mapping or handling the XP and Treasure siuations?

I've been playing D&D for years. Now I'm DMing and I'm simply rubbish at doling at XP and Treasure. Even the DM's guide hasn't helped me. Any ideas for me? Or tips in general, really. I get nervous. Also, making maps. Or traps. Give me advice, plox! ^_^
