i caught 3 big trout today and kept them. see the thing is i have no idea how to prepare them. i have them gutted but i have no idea how to do the rest. please help. also if you can give me any other tips on how to cook em that would be great. i plan on having them for dinner so answer quick! (now you see the reason why i said fisherman only, tehe)
