I need Help with Ideas on fundraising for my church?

At my church in chicago,IL we have a community center that has been partially built, we don't have the funds to finish it, we built a new church about eight years ago and the pastor does not want to take out another loan to finish the center. we are located on the westside of chicago in a extremely underserved community we need at least 5 million to finish the product and the pastor wants to fundraise to finish the building and looking for unique and good ideas to help do this can anyone help ?
