Going on vacation and taking my puppy too...?

I'm going to a very snowy place and I'm bringing my shih-poo puppy dog. I'm making a list of what i need to bring for him, so far I have the obvious, food, food and water bowls, treats, leash, jacket, boots, PJ's, toys, his bed, this paper pad thing that he uses and replacements etc. (and no its not mean for him to be wearing clothes he seriously LOVES it) is there anything I'm forgetting?
