Are these statements grammatically correct?

In the first paragraph, you split the infinitive verb 'to be' by saying "to not be real", rather than "not to be real". This is the only error that I could find, which leads me to believe that this was probably just an oversight, because you worded the statement correctly in the second paragraph when you said, "not to be made".
