I have a question to all Rep's?

With all the bad press of the Child molesters in the Rep party, why when I when to look up this names they weren't on the list in the National registry? Got any answers cause I can't find their names. The ones I was looking for was Michael Roston and Nick Juliano that worked for Mitt Rommey and was arrested back in Jan 2008.
