Nebraska. I know you said late eighties, but in 85' the Huskers did rip FSU in Lincoln. Of course my brother in law would say FSU, My Uncle Miami, and a good friend Florida or Oklahoma. So throw out all the w-l stats you want, you will only get geographically based answers. Im gonna say FSU wins this one with Florida a close second.
