Will i be recieveing the extra money?

i heard that people will be receiving an extra amount of money like $300 or $600. i am getting $546 back in my return, does this mean i don't get it since i didn't make it close to $600. i am also married and filed jointly. and i didn't receive any letters say if i am or not going to get it. thanks
