Dude, you waited FAR too long to make a move. Even so, if you have any dignity you should take offense to what she did in giving you the wrong impression and then speeding off like that! Especially if you've been paying for all these outings (don't go making a point of that specifically though). Not replying to you is also a really crap thing to do. You don't have to get angry or anything, but you know what you want. It's all or nothing. That's what you should be making a point of, so ignore her for a while if anything, don't apologize because that's an expression of regret that you tried to kiss her (which you obviously deep down don't regret at all). If you want a romantic relationship with her you have to push it in that direction and certainly act the part.
